- Note the error code number and its description.
- Turn the machine off and then on again.
- Repeat the last action you took in which the error message appeared.
The error does not occur again:If the error does not occur again, you can resume normal operation.
The error occurs again:Create a service file. Send the service file with the error code and a brief description of how the error occurred to Trotec technical support.
If an error message appears during the laser job, please proceed as indicated below to identify the cause of the error:
Test an already completed job in which no error occurred.
None of the laser jobs work:
If none of the laser jobs work anymore, the cause probably lies in the machine hardware. Contact your responsible technical support.
Individual laser jobs do not work:
If the previous job was completed with no problems, and it is only the latest job that is having problems, then the cause probably lies with the graphic, the parameterization (plate size, color selection), or the incorrect transfer of the job to JobControl®. Note the error code, create a service file and contact the responsible technical support.
