Tip
- Use the Acrylic Cutting Grid Table
- Leave the protective film on the back of the acrylic since it protects the material from scratches

Step 1: Download and Edit the Template
Download our template and open it in your graphic design program. Edit the template by adding your guests' names to the name stands.
Once the file is ready for processing, send the job to your laser using the settings specified below.

Step 2: Laser Process the TroGlass Color Gloss Sheet
Position the TroGlass Color Gloss acrylic sheet on your laser's work area. Next, cover the remaining laser bed space (e.g., with paper) to maximize the system's suction power on the acrylic.
Afterwards, proceed to engrave and cut the name stands.
For high-quality results, we recommend using the Acrylic Cutting Grid Table. This laser accessory minimizes the laser beam reflecting onto the material.

TIP
The 2.85" Flexx lens creates a lower-intensity beam than does the 2" lens. This is why we did not use the standard TroGlass processing parameters.

Step 3: Clean and Assemble the Name Stands
Clean each component with a soft cloth and assemble the name stands (insert the zebra cutouts into the base stands).
