This is how I would describe my job to a friend
My role is to implement the Group Strategy of the Laser Business as it applies to my market, inclusive of Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Relationship Management, logistics, human resources and profitability.
I further act as a sounding board of local market trends in the Laser business which may be of benefit to the Group, both in terms of Laser hardware and applications.
I spend most of my work day
- Acting against my “Key Performance Indicators”;
- Monitoring feedback from staff in term of their KPI’s;
- Operational matters from Sales, to systems, to customer interface, communications with the headquarter, and the like.

...the great variety, the complexity of the challenge to attain group objectives.
The thing I appreciate most about Trotec is...
...the evolution of existing Laser products, the introduction of a continual new suit of products, and exposure to state-of-the-art sales and marketing techniques.
Something personal about myself
I’m a 7th generation South African whose ancestors came from Austria, under the surname Heydenreich.
