"Prior to purchasing our Trotec Speedy 400 flexx, we had only every used one other brand and we were actually very happy with its performance. Therefore, it was always going to be a challenge to convince us to convert. We carried out extensive research and it became apparent that Trotec was in fact the market leader in laser machines. The Trotec experience has been fantastic, they promote the "try before you buy" philosophy and encouraged us to test their machines in their very well set up showroom. We took them up on their offer and were not disappointed. Trotec has had a very positive impact on our business. Our Trotec Speedy 400 flexx is by far the most used engraving/laser machine in our factory (we currently operate five laser/engraving machines). We have also converted to Trotec's engraving stock TroLase and TroPly."- Dane Rose - Poolegrave Signs & Engineering -
"I would recommend a Trotec because the quality and reliability has allowed us to service our customers with consistent products since we bought our first laser engraver in 2000. Trotec representatives have regularly visited us to make sure everything is going okay. They have always been there to help with service and maintenance questions and listened to our recommendations for product improvements."- Tim Douglas - sales manager, Graphic Engraving (Vic) Pty Ltd -
"I decided to purchase a Trotec Laser because it enabled us to cut out some of the dependency we had on outside suppliers. Trotec Lasers offer us the benefit of being faster, and offering more cost effective turnaround of laser cut and engraved products. I would recommend a Trotec Laser because it gave us the flexibility to supply a whole new range of products to a larger client base."- Larry Sbisa - director of Tiger Corp. -
The Speedy Flexx laser machines are equipped with a CO2 laser as well as a Fiber laser, which you can use to create things like engraved brass plates. You can also use both laser sources at the same time, without having to manually change the laser, lens or focus every time. The patented JobControl® laser software can be thanked for this – simply assign the desired laser source to each colour of the graphic, and you’re ready to rock & roll!
It is very important to engrave laminates from the bottom and work your way up. This will mean that dust is extracted upwards, and the top layer of your material will not become damaged or discoloured in the process.
