This year, Trotec will be doing laser cutting and engraving demonstrations on wood using the Speedy 100 and Speedy 360. We are also very fortunate, yet again, to have Voegeler Creations from Albany join us on our stand. Voegeler Creations started their wooden custom giftware business with a Speedy 100 and now utilise both the Speedy 100 and Speedy 360 in their day-to-day wood work.

The Wonders of Woodworking

Wood is such an exciting and versatile material, and it can be used to create exactly what you need. Think toys, craft, prototyping, architecture, construction and giftware – wood is amazing!

Laser technology has lifted woodworking to new heights, making it so much easier to work with. A laser machine is capable of marking, cutting and engraving wood, without the time-consuming manual labour of traditional methods. Many industries have already flourished from the benefits of laser technology, and you can’t go wrong with a Trotec laser.

Our laser machines can cut, mark and engrave almost anything, including toys, art, souvenirs, Christmas decorations, jewellery, architectural models, gifts and so much more. You can even use the benefits of laser technology to add additional value to existing wooden products and work pieces – add inlays, markings and personalisation’s to really lift a product.
