The range of SpeedMarker marking lasers is growing again! Now, there are two big new machines that can offer more options for laser marking - especially for very large or heavy workpieces. These large lasers can also be equipped with a swivel mounted galvo head, giving you a stronger rotary attachment and the ability to mark heavy cylinders, rings, pipes and other conical shapes.
The laser workstation SpeedMarker 1300XL has the same width dimensions as the SpeedMarker 1300 but is significantly deeper and higher. This results in an extra-large working area of 1,000 x 500mm, as well as a maximum workpiece height of 764mm. The SpeedMarker 1300XL is available in a few different versions: Besides the basic version being a large laser marking station, the SpeedMarker 1300XL can also be configured with a protruding mobile table. This table is available as a single table as well as a change-over table, allowing the heavy components to be positioned with a crane or other lifting tools.
As the name suggests, the SpeedMarker 1600 is an extra wide laser workstation, offering larger sizes than the 1300. This extra width results in a total working area of 1,300 x 450mm. The machine is ideally suited for the laser marking of very wide components, including pipes and profiles. This laser machine is also being used to fire-proof houses - it's clearly up for the bigger, heftier jobs!
This new swivel mounted galvo head can be swivelled and rotated, and it is well suited for horizontal and vertical laser marking applications. The piece is controlled via SpeedMark - the SpeedMarker marking software - and enables variable positioning of the marking unit, from 0 - 90 degrees. That means that slanted workpieces can be easily marked, complex workpieces can be finely marked, and you can mark multiple sides of an object with a single pass.
The rotary engraving attachment 2 is ideally suited for the marking of large and heavy cylinders, rings, tubes and other conical items. It can be installed as an additional module inside the bigger SpeedMarker laser workstations. The laser marking is then carried out by either segmented or individual steps. Other optional add-ons allow additional dimensions when laser marking round or multi-sided objects.
