Guitar magnet
In only a few steps you can make this fridge magnet made out of veneer wood.
Preparation
Used material
- 1 sheet wood veneer oak 3 mm
- magnet foil approx. 20 x 35 mm or round magnet
Machine used
- Speedy 360, 80 watts
- 2" lens
- Nozzle with small hole
- Honeycomb cutting tabletop
For this application sample you can use any laser machine from the Speedy series.

Step 2: Laser process wood
Place the material on the honeycomb cutting table in your laser and cover the rest of the work area to create a stronger vacuum. The parameters can differ depending on the laser machine used and laser power available.
Position the veneer sheet onto the honeycomb cutting tabletop and cover the remaining work area to produce a bigger vacuum.

Step 3: Assemble the magnet
Remove the cut guitar from the laser and glue the magnetic foil to the back of the guitar.

Step 3: Assemble the magnet
Remove the cut guitar from the laser machine. Then, glue the magnetic foil to the back of the guitar.
