Parallel & Automated
As a single laser system dedicated to the production of stents, the SpeedCutter Twin is equipped with two identical air-cooled fiber laser sources with the capability of cutting two stents simultaneously. Furthermore, lasers distinguish themselves through their reliability, consistency and minimal maintenance requirements. This space-saving system is also equipped with an innovative, automatic loading system that holds the tube while it's being fed perfectly still and in place.
Solid Construction for Continuous Operation
The rugged, durable, granite construction of the machine ensures absolute rigidity and great repeatability. The system can therefore be operated completely automatically and produce stents 24 hours a day - an obviously huge economic advantage for the operator. No other system can offer this. Along with the included and already pre-tested software, new geometry settings and stent designs can be created and implemented in no time at all.
