You can use any machine from our SP Series for this sample. If you want to use a Speedy 360 or Speedy 300, please adapt the cutting files accordingly. The sheets should have a height of minimum 345 mm.
Firstly, you need to import our design template into your chosen graphics program. Alternatively, you can create your own design. The design we created allows you to produce two advent wreaths in one cutting step.
Please ensure that you cut all 5 files out of the acrylic. These files differ by the position of the circles for assembly. This will ensure that the single elements do not sit exactly above each other, but instead they are slightly angled.
Page 6 of the file is for the MDF.

Place the MDF into the laser and cut out the template. Once finished, put the first acrylic sheet into your laser and ensure that the rest of the table is covered. This will maximise the exhaust power. Remove the protection foil once the laser process is complete.

We used the standard laser parameters from JobControl®, which are optimised for quality. If you would like to download the parameters, click here.
In order to assemble the advent wreath, simply position the individual elements in any order you wish. The small circles are positioning guides and they take the pins of the candle holders. We fixed the pieces together with a silver band and candle holders. You can also use acrylic or superglue.
Now the fun part begins - decorate the wreath with any items you like!
