My role is to implement the Group Strategy of our business, as it applies to my market. This is inclusive of sales, marketing, technical services, relationship management, logistics, human resources and profitability.
Alongside this, I watch local market trends in the laser business, which may benefit us, both in terms of laser hardware and applications.
I spend most of my day...
- Meeting my 'Key Performance Indicators'.
- Monitoring feedback from staff regarding their KPI’s.
- Operational matters from sales - systems - customer interface.
- Communications with headquarters.
