How would I describe my job to a friend:
I am responsible for managing after sales service support in the Benelux countries. I'm responsible for planning installations of new laser systems, and making appointments for maintenance and service visits. I also schedule service meetings to ensure that both my team and I stay up to date about the latest developments. The other 1-2 days in the week, I spend on the road developing customer relationships, I also assist with new installations and services conducted on client premises.

...Enjoying my job! I can't work without my mobile phone, e-mail, Salesforce and Teamviewer. These are very important tools to make my work possible.
The best thing about my job is:
Every day is different. There are so many different things that need to be done every day. One day your in the office, and the next you're installing a new laser for a customer. The variety is the perfect mix for me. The other great thing is the space Trotec Laser gives me to grow and develop within the organisation.
The thing I appreciate most about Trotec is:
Although the company has grown in the past few years, I still have the feeling of a 'family business.' They give you a lot of time to develop your understanding of the lasers inside out. I also appreciate the frequent training that helps keep the team and I up to date with the latest knowledge of the laser systems and JobControl.
