Introducing: the Trotec Easter bunny 

Right before easter we have created a nice easter decoration for you. The hand truck holds an easter egg. We used alder wood for production. However, also plywood can be used. Poplar plywood cuts particularly well.

    Materials needed:

      • Alderwood or poplar plywood
      • 1 Osterei

       

      File:

      Easter Bunny (Corel X3)

      Easter bunny (TSF - Trotec spool file)

       

      Maschines possible:

      Speedy 100, Speedy 300 and Speedy 500

      Machine used: Speedy 300 60 Watt

       

      Tips:

      • Use the 1.5 inch lens 
      • Use the honeycomb cutting table to avoid reflections on the back of the material.

    Step 1: 

    Open the file "Easter Bunny" and send it to the laser. Use the parameters below for engraving and cutting. (Parameters may vary depending on the machine used and the laser power available.)

    If you are using a Trotec laser, you can also download the TSF file and save this directly into your spool directory.

    Black (engraving)

    Power: 25 %, Speed 10 %, Resolution 500 dpi, air assist on

    Red (cutting):
    Power: 60 %, Speed 1 %, Frequency 1000 Hz, air assist on, correction 10

    Step 2: 

    As soon as you have cut the parts you can assemble them. If you like you can also paint them first. Sobald Sie alle Teile geschnitten haben, können Sie sie zusammenbauen. Falls Sie das möchten, können Sie sie auch zuvor bemalen.
