    Step 1:

Put the acrylic plate into the laser. Use a honeycomb table (Speedy 300) or a cutting table (Speedy 500/SP1500). The file is processed in three colors: black for raster engraving, red for vector scratching and cyan for vector cutting through teh material.

We have used the following parameters using a 2.5" lens:

    Raster engraving (black):

    Power: 20 %, speed: 50 %, 333 dpi

    Vector cutting /scratching (red):
    Power: 10 %, speed: 1 %, 9000 Hz

    Vector cutting /cutting through (cyan)

    Power: 100 %, speed: 0,3 %, 9000 Hz

    Step 2:

Now you can screw the parts together. Put a middle piece on every hole of the base plate, then the top layer and the washer. Now insert a screw through the four parts (washer, top plate, middle piece, base plate) and affix the screw nuts.
