    RUZICKA Holz . Manufaktur . Technologie is a modern company with a long tradition in wood working. Its customers include those in the furniture industry, toy manufacturers, staircase manufacturers, ship and aircraft outfitters, carpenters and interior designers. In addition to traditional processing methods such as sawing, milling or turning, laser technology is also used in the production process. Before the Trotec system was acquired, all laser work was subcontracted. Inadequate results prompted Ruzicka to carry out its own laser processing and it decided to acquire its own laser system.

    The 120 Watt Speedy 500 laser system provides Ruzicka with a highly efficient, multi-functional system for cutting, engraving and marking various types of material. Ruzicka’s wide selection of warehoused materials allows the company to react to last-minute requirements. In addition to metal, wood and glass, the company processes synthetic materials such as acrylic and Corian, along with felt, leather and many others. Whether elegant engraving, architectural models or the precision cutting of technical components, the customer’s ideas are implemented efficiently.

    Laser processing wood creates an adhesive wood dust. A robust extraction solution is therefore of the utmost importance, which is why Ruzicka also uses a Trotec pre-filter with an additive and Mistral Super + in addition to the Speedy 500. The high operating speed and patented shuttle table guaranty a high level of flexibility and maximum productivity. Jörg Ruzicka places particular emphasis on the high quality of the final product.
