Therefore, developing the brand new flatbed fibre laser, FP300, seems to be logical innovation. The FP300 comes standard with the largest bed size in the industry of 726 x 432mm and is available up to 30W laser power. After introducing the FP300’s smaller “brother”, the FP100, earlier this year Trotec further extends their leading position in the field of metal and plastic marking flatbed lasers.

The FP series’ high-speed USQ-Technology combines full quality of 1000dpi at full speed of 2 m/s. This is unique in the industry and allows for unmatched productivity in processing all sorts of metals and plastics.

A large variety of applications can be done with the FP 300. The range goes from etching of all sorts of (also coated) metals to marking plastics. These are some of those jobs that are typically outsourced and usually cause substantial costs for the company. The FP300 allows for flexible and cost effective in-house production.
Safe and Easy to Use
The FP300 has been developed according to laser-safety-class 2. This allows for use in an office type environment and does not require any additional safety precautions. On top, the comprehensive Trotec JobControl™ laser management software allows for full control over the system. Predefined parameter settings and numerous special features enhance user convenience and reduce labour intensive setup times substantially.
Low maintenance compared to regular YAG technology
The FP 300’s fibre laser technology operates at the same wavelength as any regular YAG system, however, the life time of laser source can expected to be at least 10 times longer. This reduces maintenance and down-time costs close to zero throughout the life time of the system.
