SpeedMarker CL - Laser Output Control, laser pointer, PC and "on-the-fly" marking 

 

  • Laser Pointer 

    Enables easy setup of the workpiece thanks to preview marking. In this case, the red laser pointer displays the outline of the job on the workpiece.
     

  • Output Control 

    The output is controlled in such a manner that it always conforms with the pre-set output. This is absolutely necessary for jobs with smaller parameter windows. If a correction cannot be made an alarm will sound.
     

  • Rackserver Desktop PC 

    Original Intel server PC (Xeon Quadcore) with mirrored hard disks (RAID 1), 3-year warranty. The software will be pre-installed and adapted to the system ordered (selection of laser and lens, callibration of the marking area, …).
     

  • Marking On the Fly 

    Rotary encoder (IP 64) incl. compatible cable. Exact rotary encoder with a resolution of 0.05mm with a measuring wheel with 200mm-circumference. The cable between the rotary knob and the control PC is provided with plugs on both sides.
