  • Trotec Laser Company Foundation

    1997 - Foundation of Trotec

Trotec Laser was born in 1997 in Marchtrenk, Austria. The company was developed from a research branch of Trodat, the world's leading manufacturer of self-inking rubber stamps.
  • Trotec Speedy 1 first laser engraver

    1997 to 2003 - Collaborating with customers

In co-operation with our customers, the Speedy laser systems are developed and constantly evolved to meet their needs. New markets are opened up with the Speedy II, Speedy Compact and Laserati laser machines.

Branches are established in the USA, Germany and Netherlands as we continued to expand our international network.

  • International Trotec Laser Offices

    2004 to 2012 - International network established

The twenty-first century at Trotec can be characterised by strong growth. Based on the success of the Speedy CO2 laser plotters, ten new branches are founded worldwide.
